These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the RnR Car Detailing website, booking system, and SMS messaging services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Services Provided

RnR Car Detailing provides mobile auto detailing services, including exterior and interior detailing, ceramic coating, paint correction, and related add-ons. All services are performed at customer-specified locations within our service area, subject to availability and weather conditions.

3. Booking & Appointments

Appointment requests submitted through the website are not guaranteed until confirmed by RnR Car Detailing. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline appointments due to availability, location, vehicle condition, or safety concerns. A valid phone number and email address are required for confirmation.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices displayed on the website are estimates based on vehicle type and selected services. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle condition, size, or additional services requested. Payment terms are communicated at the time of appointment confirmation. We accept payment in person and through approved online payment methods.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments using the link provided in their confirmation message. We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in fees or refusal of future bookings.

6. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and booking an appointment, you consent to receive SMS text messages from RnR Car Detailing regarding your appointment, including confirmations, reminders, updates, and follow-ups.

• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on appointment activity. Typically, you will receive 1-3 messages per scheduled appointment.
• Message & data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further marketing or appointment-related texts unless you opt back in.

7. Limitation of Liability

RnR Car Detailing takes reasonable care when servicing vehicles. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions that become apparent during or after service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
